Donna’s Story
Donna is Founding member and Managing Director of Ultimate Solutions Search. She is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience working in Talent Advisory.
She is a gifted and dedicated executive search professional who has an eye for top-notch talent. Ultimate Solutions Search works with executive search firms both large and small and companies from start-ups to fortune 500 to help them grow by delivering talented executive recruiters who can adapt and succeed in these rapidly changing times.
Donna’s core competency in the space is focused on listening and experience in developing relationships with candidates to best understand their ideal fit within the culture, economic and business model of her clients. She recruits from a wide range of talent, including new emerging leaders as well senior level executives.
Donna is a natural in her ability to read people, listen to and encourage her candidates to tap their own, sometimes unknown passion. Donna helps them identify their own talents, which often leads to placing people in roles where they have the best fit and lasting career choices.
Donna also served as Korn/Ferry’s Director of Recruiting, with responsibility for hiring Managing Directors and Principals for all business sectors.

Served as National Director of Recruiting for global search giant Korn/Ferry International.
Worked as a broker on the New York Stock Exchange for Goldman Sachs and then joined Citibank’s Private Banking Division as a portfolio manager.
Prior to her years in Executive Recruitment, Donna was a floor broker on the New York Stock Exchange for Goldman Sachs and then joined Citibank’s Private Banking Division as a portfolio manager for the bank’s high-net worth clients.
Donna uses her vast knowledge and connections, her humor and compassion to be empathic, as she knows the business world continually changes and challenges, people which requires a willingness for executives to take risks and be agile in incorporating setting goals and managing their careers for success.
